At Sooo Creative Designs Decor, every piece is handmade, upcycled, or thoughtfully restored with care. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, vintage, handmade, or custom-designed, our return policy is limited.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition
• Unused and undamaged
• Returned in the original packaging when possible

Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and specially requested items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair, refund, or claim if applicable.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
